ZahariasX, a 25-year-old man who stands at 5'8" and weghed 232 pounds, recently shared his weight loss journey on Reddit. In just 3.5 months, he was able to drop 23 pounds and is still a work in progress. He admits that he still eats fast food but has significantly cut down on his consumption.
ZahariasX started with a simple workout routine that he says helped him lose some weight. He also cut down on his soda consumption and substituted it with flavored water. He stopped snacking late at night and only has a small bowl of cereal or occasionally a freezie if he needs a snack.
He has limited himself to eating take-out only three days a week and plans to gradually reduce his intake. ZahariasX also started to do P90X, which he finds to be difficult, but it feels like he is doing something.
ZahariasX's starting workout routine consisted of a few exercises like bench press, tricep extension, and lat pulldown. He increased the weight as needed and continued this routine for three months before starting P90X.
ZahariasX's weight loss journey is proof that simple lifestyle changes and a consistent workout routine can lead to noticeable weight loss. Each person's journey is unique, but it's always possible to try things for yourself and find a routine that works for you.
