Workout Routine

In the first two weeks, he trained chest and triceps on Monday, back and biceps on Wednesday, legs and shoulders on Friday, and abs on Saturday. Alongside his diet and workout routines, M23 took a step further to improve his appearance by cutting his hair a month into the lifestyle change. M23 believed short hair makes him look more presentable and professional.
