Introduction

WhiskeyShits was once 275lbs, but since Feb 2012 he started counting calories and exercising regularly. A year later, he was 220lbs and had made impressive progress in his weight loss journey.

Calorie Counting

WhiskeyShits' weight loss journey relied heavily on calorie counting. By tracking what he ate and ensuring that he consumed fewer calories than he burned, he was able to lose weight safely and effectively.
