In just over 9 months, Reddit user ehjun managed to shed 50 pounds by following a strict diet and exercise routine. He consumed a calorie-restricted diet of 1400-1600 calories per day, packed with 140g of protein and a meal plan based on bodybuilding.com's 3 basics to cut fat.

The meal plan included 8 cups of food per day, comprising 2 cups of salad, 2 cups of assorted fresh fruit, and 4 cups of rice, chicken, and veggies. Additionally, he had two scoops of GNC Wheybolic Pro60 per day. Ehjun cooked his meals for the entire week on Sundays, dividing them into 2 cup containers with 5 ounces of chicken and 1 cup of rice and veggies.

Ehjun went to the gym at least 3 times a week and sometimes up to 6 days a week. He also took cheat days, where he consumed 2200-2500 calories, to avoid unnecessary cravings. During his weight loss journey, he experienced a setback when he took a month off from the gym, which resulted in him losing all the gains he had made in two months.

Ehjun's weight loss journey is motivational and inspiring, showing how following a disciplined approach to both diet and exercise can lead to sustainable weight loss results. However, it is important to consult a doctor or a nutritionist before starting any significant changes to your diet or exercise routine.

If you're on a weight loss journey, it's important to stay motivated, track your progress, and stay consistent. Stay focused on your goals and find a community, either online or offline, to share your journey with. Ehjun's journey is a reminder that it's possible to achieve your weight loss goals with determination, discipline, and a holistic approach to fitness.
