Introduction

SashimiQ, a Reddit user, shares their one month journey on how they transitioned from being skinny to gaining muscle and strength through a rigorous workout routine, diet, and protein shakes, gaining 10 pounds in one month.

The Workout Routine

SashimiQ works out 3 times a week, doing the same routine every day, which includes bench press, squat, military press, pull-ups, barbell curls, and decline sit-ups. Every workout, they increase the weight by 5 pounds on the weighted exercises, except for pull-ups, which they just do three sets to max. If they failed to meet the 5x5, they drop down 5 pounds and finish the remaining sets.

The Diet

To maintain their intense routine, SashimiQ consumes at least 150g of protein, through shakes and food, and 20g of creatine, even on rest days. Their diet consists of fatty foods and a lot of protein. They plan to move to a routine that gives the muscles more rest in the future.

The Progress

Although the results are not noticeable in their appearance, SashimiQ feels stronger and recognizes that their body is more normally shaped. They consume protein shakes for muscle and maintain a dirty and fatty diet. To keep their beginner progress accelerated, they have been doing the same routine every day.

Conclusion

SashimiQ's journey of gaining 10 pounds in a month is an inspiration to skinny guys who aspire to add muscle and mass to their bodies. Their routine shows that dedication, persistence and a balanced diet can work wonders. It is an excellent motivation to individual body goals, where fitness journeys can be very personal and tailored.
