Starting Point

Before Professtrix began her cutting journey, she was into weightlifting, practiced intermittent fasting and had been able to maintain her weight. However, as she gained more muscle mass, she also accumulated body fat, making her feel uncomfortable with her physique. Professtrix decided to jumpstart her cutting journey by beginning the ketogenic diet, which is a high-fat, low-carb, adequate protein diet. Her goal was to reduce her carbohydrate intake to less than 50 grams per day while increasing her fat and protein intake.

The Journey
