Week 1-2: Starting Strong

The first couple of weeks were dedicated to cleaning up my diet and making sure that I was staying within my daily caloric intake. I started around 2400 calories per day and then tweaked it based on initial weight loss results. Workouts consisted of cardio, with a mix of strength training.

Week 3-6: The Middle Struggle

The middle weeks were definitely the hardest. I hit a plateau and felt like I wasn't seeing any changes. But I kept pushing, modifying my diet and working out harder. I stayed consistent and didn't let this phase defeat me.

Week 7-10: Progress and Excitement

These weeks were where the hard work really started to pay off. I began to see noticeable differences in my body composition and started to feel much better. I kept pushing and modifying, and I was excited to see what the final results would be.

Week 11-12: The Final Push

The last couple of weeks were the most challenging. I started to doubt myself and feel anxious about finishing strong. But I kept reminding myself of how far I had come and all the progress I had made. And finally, the 12 weeks were up and I had met my goal. It was surreal and incredibly gratifying.

Conclusion: Try It Out

This weight cutting journey was definitely not easy, but it was worth every bit of hard work and dedication. If you're looking to lose weight, I encourage you to try it out for yourself. Remember that everyone's journey is different, so find what works best for YOU and stick with it. Consistency is key!
