Bulking & Choosing Caloric Intake
At the beginning of his journey, purehealthy started bulking to gain weight but quickly realized he wasn't gaining muscle mass, he was merely putting on fat. To combat this, he decided to become more informed about the types of calories he was consuming. By tracking his caloric intake, he was able to ensure that his meals had the appropriate balance of protein, carbohydrates, and fat.
Cutting Back on Alcohol
Alcohol contains a lot of empty calories which can be difficult to burn off through physical activity. Seeking to lose weight and gain muscle, purehealthy cut back on his alcohol consumption.
Strength Training and Cardio
To build muscle and burn fat, purehealthy started incorporating both strength training and cardio into his routine. Strength training helps build muscle while cardio burns fat. By incorporating both of these exercises into his regimen, he was able to see great results.
Consistency and Perseverance

Try it for Yourself
