According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, approximately 42.4% of adults in the United States are obese. This unfortunate trend has led many people to begin a weight loss journey in hopes of improving their overall health. One such individual is the Reddit user deovolante.

Starting Point

Deovolante started their weight loss journey at 165 pounds with a height of 5’7”. Despite having a BMI of 25.8 which is in a healthy range, they were not satisfied with their fitness level and wanted to improve their overall physique. Deovolante set a goal to lose weight while also gaining muscle mass through consistent physical exercise and a healthy diet.

Daily Habits
