Twiggyzoo, a 20-year-old woman weighing at 108lbs and standing at 5'4'', started her journey towards a more toned and muscular body on September 4th, prompted by the Body Transformation Fitness Challenge found on reddit. She planned on sticking to a high protein diet with an emphasis on weight training to achieve her goal of attaining a general tone.

Preconceptions
