Introduction

Nukulus, a 26-year-old male who stands at 5 feet 9 inches and weighed 191 pounds took on a weight loss challenge documented on Reddit. His progress involved rigorous physical training, dieting, and regular photographs.

The Methodology

From his first post on August 23 to his final post on November 15 in 2012, Nukulus heavily relied on HIIT, high-intensity interval training, to lose his body fat percentage. He also did weight training to build his muscles.

The Results

Over a 12 week period, Nukulus lost approximately 8% body fat and dropped his weight from 191lbs to just 176lbs. This means he was able to lose over 15lbs during this time. He also gained muscle mass.
