Introduction

Meet BTFCLacrosse, a 20 year old male who was 5'8'' and weighed 142 pounds in August. He embarked on a weight loss journey for a fitness challenge.

Each week, BTFCLacrosse provided detailed updates of his progress. From starting out with a body fat percentage of 12.2% to losing 4 pounds in the first week, to experiencing a setback after week 6, he kept his followers in the loop.

Sticking to a Diet Plan

BTFCLacrosse followed a strict diet plan, which consisted of lean meats, vegetables, and healthy carbs, and minimal dairy and sugars. He also gave himself a cheat day once a week. By week 12, he had lost almost 9 pounds.
