This person has made incredible progress in their lifting journey. In just 18 months, they've gone from 118 lb to 168 lb and can now bench 250 lb, squat 345 lb, and deadlift 405 lb. They're also now overhead pressing 155 lb. All of this progress is even more impressive when you consider that this person is just 5'10.
