Introduction

In August 2012, Tuff_Conquerer started a weight loss journey. Posting on Reddit as a way to stay accountable, she shared updates on her progress. At the start, she was a 22-year-old woman, weighing 170 lbs and standing 5'9''. Her motivation was to feel better in her skin, improve her energy levels, and reduce her back pain.

Starting Out

Tuff_Conquerer began with small steps: drinking more water and cutting out unhealthy snacks. She gradually added strength training, cardio, and yoga to her routine. She also made small changes to her diet, focusing on whole foods and portion control. By mid-September, she had lost 6 lbs and felt more energetic.
