The Predator diet is a high protein and low-carb diet that limits food choices to a select few. Reddit user Jamesnvc, a 22-year-old male, has followed this diet for over a week now and has experienced some incredible results.

Despite feeling like a slog sometimes, eating the same thing for six days a week, he said it worked well for him. He lacked food discipline, but with Predator, he did not need to think about food choices in his day-to-day life. So far, he has lost fat and gained strength.

The diet plan includes consuming beef, bison, or wild game six days a week, and on the seventh day, consumption of anything that has carbohydrates is allowed. Jamesnvc's progress shows that the Predator diet works for some people.

People who undertake the Predator diet should be prepared for the monotony of the daily diet plan. Jamesnvc is planning on sticking with the diet as it seems to work perfectly for him. There are variants of this diet - Carnivore, Zero Carb, and Ancestral diet plans, but the Predator diet plan generally includes eggs, and at times, protein powders.

A high protein and low-carb diet such as Predator can work well for people who lack discipline in their food choices but are willing to stick to a rigid plan. While Jamesnvc's results are unique to him, anyone can try it for themselves and see if it works for them too. However, we recommend anyone following this diet plan to consult their physicians first.
