Introduction

Iannic, a 23-year-old male who stands 6'1" tall began his weight loss journey on Reddit. His goal was to improve health and gain confidence. He began at 170 lbs and documented his journey through Reddit posts.

The First Month

Initially, Iannic began with exercise - running, cycling, and weightlifting. As suggested by his Reddit title, he started his journey on August 31. He reported noticing some major changes just two weeks in, with his face slimming down and clothing feeling looser, which motivated him further. However, he still struggled with staying consistent and occasionally falling victim to unhealthy eating.
