The Journey to Weight Loss Success

Her primary plan was to follow a Paleo diet, which meant cutting out processed foods and focusing on lean meats, fruits, and vegetables, along with strength training and cardio. Reddit user zahrada sent out an automated message reminding ChicagoGirlBTFC and the others in the challenge, to post completion threads regardless if they won or not. When the deadline for ChicagoGirlBTFC's progress report came, she had managed to lose 14 pounds, or 7.4% body weight from her original, which she credits to eating clean and working out. More importantly, she felt that she was merely in the beginning of her journey towards a healthier lifestyle. And she still inspires and cheers on the others looking to make their transformations online.
