Coookinwithspice was a college student and a worker on Food Network TV shows, leading to unhealthy eating habits and weight gain, reaching a peak of 242lbs. The realization hit him when his size 38 pants could barely fit him anymore. With a healthy diet and a regular workout routine, he was able to lose 59lbs in 21 months.
