Joeymonac0 lost weight by counting calories and practicing portion control. He mostly ate low-calorie, protein-rich meals like chicken and vegetables such as spinach, broccoli, cucumbers, and celery. He also snacked on broccoli slaw because of its crunch and taste. He ate about 1000-1300 calories per day with small and frequent meals.

Exercise Routine

Along with a strict diet, Joeymonac0 also exercised regularly. He started with 1.5 hours of cardio, followed by chest and shoulders on one day, and then continued to work on his body downwards for the rest of the week, ending with leg day. He used an app that guided him with his workouts, called "workout". He also incorporated a lot of weightlifting to his routine and did not ignore his legs.
