Introduction

At the age of 16, Who_Run_The_World was in a car accident which resulted in chronic pain and weight gain. After hitting her highest weight of 172 pounds, she decided to make a change, starting with therapy and seeing a personal trainer to help her readjust her muscles to eliminate pain.

Joining CHAARG

After being diagnosed with PTSD, Who_Run_The_World decided to take control of her health, joining CHAARG, a national fitness organization for college girls. Their weekly events, including acro yoga, UFC boxing, belly dancing, Krav Maga, and more, helped her get into shape and build confidence.

Diet Changes and Exercise

In addition to working out with CHAARG twice a week, Who_Run_The_World started eating healthier foods to fuel her body. Although she started with calorie counting, she stopped after a month and just enjoyed eating nutritious food. She also reduced running and added more weight lifting and strength training exercises.

Success and Future Goals

After eight months of dedication and hard work, Who_Run_The_World is down to 149 pounds, the lowest she has been since high school. Although she still has a long way to go to get to her goal of 24-inch waist, her success has been all about positivity, dedication, and self-love. Her future plans include lifting weights, trying adult gymnastics and acro yoga, getting back into splits, and learning to do a handstand.

Conclusion

Who_Run_The_World's weight loss journey has been an inspiring one, overcoming a traumatic accident, chronic pain, PTSD, and her own negative self-image. She shows that with dedication, hard work, and positivity, anyone can make changes to their life, overcome obstacles, and achieve their goals. Her story is one of self-love, and she encourages anyone else struggling with weight or chronic pain to love themselves and keep pushing forward.
