The Journey Begins

In May 2015, the Reddit user Geekyfitness decided to start his weight loss journey. As a tech employee, he spent most of his day sitting in front of a computer screen and indulging in free meals and snacks from his company. By January 2016, he had lost 34 pounds through diet and exercise.
